Individual stress support services

We work with individuals in various ways, depending on their specific situation, need and the type of support from their organisation. Whether there is a requirement for solutions for executive stress, stress management for line managers or other levels, we can offer stress support services.

Support for Stress
Where there is a feeling that pressure is building up and there are symptoms of stress, we can help people to identify the key triggers and take action before it becomes a major problem. We may work with the person using one of our profiles such as "Balance in Business" or "The Optimal Health Questionnaire". These tools identify the main areas that are out of balance and provide a focus to address them. We then help the person to decide what they want to achieve and how to move forward to deal with imbalances. Ongoing coaching can provide the support necessary to sustain changesSupport for Stress

Individuals can also attend a stress management training programme or take part in one-to-one integrated health coaching. We also provide access to specific support where people feel stuck or frustrated by career and life issues.

Appropriate support on returning to work can be critical for people to be successful in making, what is, a difficult transition. We can work with the person to help them plan how they can do this, and to develop the necessary skill and confidence to cope with the reintegration in a way which is right for them and for the organisation - with the primary aim of avoiding a recurrence of the problem.
