Personal Resilience and Emotional Intelligence – is there a link?
Personal resilience is increasingly being researched as there is a recognition about the part it plays in helping people handle pressure and stress. We believe that our Personal Resilience Index can play a role in this. Over the last 15 years many organisations have looked at and used Emotional Intelligence within their development programmes.
In this article we want to look at whether there is a link between the two. If working on one area, will it benefit the other? Can it be useful for organisations and individuals to do something - and produce an even wider payoff?
